Laser Stations was founded in 1997 then manufactured a laser welding cell for automobile oil filter which was also the first project that applied high power laser welding technology in Taiwan. Within hundreds of customers and thousands of products, we always drive the development of high power laser industrial application in Taiwan, For example,
- We developed world’s laser welding production line for Apple iPod and HTC smart phone.
- We developed the laser welding production cells for tailored blank sheets in Taiwan’s automobile industry.
- We developed laser shaping machine for spring washers.
- We developed Taiwan’s Laser welding seam tracking and quality inspection system utilizing our unique machine vision technology.
- Through critical auditing and inspection, we manufactured laser welding fuel tubes for Taiwan No.1 and No.2 Nuclear Power Plant.
- We manufactured Taiwan’s automatic tailored blank laser welding line and then sold to China. “Laser Stations” is the only quality brand which can be accepted besides European and Japan regions.
